Return policy
Cancellation
We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled in time, you will receive a full refund.
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.
Returns (if applicable)
We accept returns of products. Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their item.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in the same condition as when received

It must be in its original packaging

A receipt or proof of purchase is required
📌 If the return is for personal reasons (e.g., change of mind or ordering by mistake), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund accordingly.
No restocking fee will be charged.

If you haven't received your refund yet:
